We finally have a release date for Ripple Dot Zero! June 28 is going to be the big day!

Check out the launch trailer on the official Ripple site:

  1. Namworth says:

Been waiting for this piece of news for the last year and a half! Finally we’ll get to play the game! Can’t wait to try it out! :D

  2. ivan says:

It’s about time. Nice to see all of the hard work payoff for you guys.

Have you guys looked at “node webkit” for make standalone desktop flash game application and also have you looked at “gamepad.js” for using gamepads and joysticks in Ripple Dot Zero?

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read my post.

  3. Tommislav says:

Right now we haven’t planned much further until up to the release. It should be technically possible to publish Ripple to desktop using Adobe AIR, but there will be a few tweaks needed to handle the loading of levels. No plans as of now, but I might do it if there is a high demand for it.

Regarding gamepads: all input keys in Ripple are fully customizable, so as long as you can map your controller buttons to keyboard keys it should work right out of the box.

Thanks for staying with us during all this time =)
